Thomas Oliver Brady, Sr., 88, of Kenly passed away at his home on Monday, April 13, 2020. He was born in Johnston County on September 25, 1931 to the late Joseph Benjamin Brady and Ader Mae West Brady. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Hilda Deans Brady; brothers, Joseph Brady, Jr., Alton Brady, and Vernon Brady; and sister, Shirley Brady Carroll. A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 16, 2020 in the cemetery of Grace Baptist Church with the Reverend Ronnie Massey officiating.
The family will receive friends after the graveside service on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at Grace Baptist Church Cemetery.
He is survived by sons, Thomas O. Brady, Jr. of Princeton and Joseph Dean Brady of Kenly; daughters, Teresa Ann Brady of Princeton and Sherry Lynn Bridgers of Kenly; 3 grandchildren, Daniel Bridgers, Braxton Bridgers, and Rusty Bridgers; and 1 great grandson, Maverick Bridgers.
