Smithfield –Timothy “Tim” Wayne Casey, age 44, died Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at his home. Born August 16, 1974 in Wayne County he was a son of Darline Creech Casey of Smithfield and the late Bennie Casey.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2019 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening just prior to the service. Burial will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 7, 2019 in Tyner Family Cemetery.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Stephanie Tyner Casey; son, Sterling Casey and girlfriend Dara Prevatte; daughter, Natalie Casey; brother, Todd Casey and wife Annette; father-in-law, Joe Tyner; aunt, Mae Creech, all of Smithfield; and his faithful canine companion, Tucker Drake.
