Benson, NC: Mr. Tommie Gaston Johnson, age, 68, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Harnett Health in Lillington, NC. A Graveside Service will be 4:00PM-Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Harnett Devotional Gardens in Dunn. Rev. Pete Radford will officiate.
Mr. Johnson was born on November 16, 1951 in Johnston County to the late Champ and Alene Byrd Johnson. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Curtis, Len, and Hunter Johnson and sisters, Wilma Teasley and Janice Whitman. Mr. Johnson was a retired carpenter.
Surviving include his brother, J.B. Johnson and wife, Frankie of Benson, sister, Peggy Myers and husband, D.E. of Smithfield; many loving nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends following the graveside service at the cemetery on Tuesday.
