Valerie Danielle King, 25, of Princeton passed away at her home on Saturday, August 1, 2020. Valerie was born in Johnston County on February 21, 1995 and is the daughter of Vincent Edward and Kelly Marie Hamm King of Princeton. A funeral service held at Temple Church, 1250 S. Pollock St. in Selma on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 6:00 pm with the Reverend Rodney Pearce officiating. There will be a private committal.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 6, 2020 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Temple Church in Selma.
In addition to her parents, Valerie is survived by brothers, Daniel Vincent King and wife, Melissa and Kelvin Genell King; paternal grandparents, Willa Kornegay and husband, Frank, and Larry King and his wife, Arlene; maternal grandparents, Goldie Whitaker Moore and husband, Ronnie; uncle, Travis Hamm and aunts, Michalene King and Charisse King.
