SELMA – Willis Linwood Harper, age 67, died Friday, February 12, 2021 at his home. Born October 25, 1953 in Johnston County to the late Willis Walton “Bill” and Mary Mae Adams Harper, he was preceded in death by his son, Linwood Wayne Harper and his partner, Glenda Faye Carter.
A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Friday, February 19, 2021 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home with the Rev. Stanley Kirby officiating. Burial will follow in the Selma Memorial Gardens.
Surviving are his daughter, Tracy L. Brown of Selma; brother, William Donald Stanley of Selma; sister, Carolyn Ann Harper of Benson; grandson, Nolan David Brown; niece, Caitlin Stoutt and nephew, Nicholas Stoutt.
The family will receive friends Friday from 2:00 – 3:00 just prior to the service.
