Officer James Davis Takes Police Oath

SMITHFIELD – Officer James Davis received his Oath from Mayor Andy Moore during the May meeting of the Smithfield Town Council.

Officer Davis was recently hired by the Smithfield Police Department to fill a vacancy on the patrol division.

Davis previously worked for the Elizabeth City Police Department and served in the US Army.
