Passenger Pinned In Vehicle After Car Strikes Tree

MIDDLESEX – A passenger was severely pinned inside a car following a single vehicle accident. The crash was reported around 3:00am Saturday on Friendship Church Road, at Creech-Johnson Road, near the Nash County line.

The driver reportedly lost control and traveled off the roadway striking a large tree.

Corinth Holders Fire personnel worked for about 30 minutes to free the passenger. The victim was transported to WakeMed for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

The State Highway Patrol arrested the driver for driving while impaired.

  1. It’s a Miracal anyone survived. Thank God the passenger did for sure. The driver should get lots of time in jail for total disregard for the passenger’s life as well as anyone else the driver could have come in contact with.
