KENLY – A pedestrian was struck and killed by an Amtrak train Friday night in Johnston County.
The incident was reported around 8:30pm approximately 100 feet from Egderton Street in the Kenly city limits. The train stopped near the scene.
The victim has been identified as 25 year-old Nizjahlik Dublin of Kenly.
Kenly Police are still investigating the incident.
I was on that train, very little information was given to passengers, at the time+after, beside that there would be a delay
