  1. He is not armed and dangerous y’all just trynna use deadly force on somebody TF he obviously running so how he a threat y’all need to gone **** with that dumb s**t

    • Don’t people usually get rid of the weapon, it’s the first thing they do I thought, but maybe things have changed

    • He definitely is considered armed and dangerous. He is facing charges for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill 😂 he is charged with shooting someone so he definitely is considered armed and dangerous.

  2. I understood that things happen that we may regret but it doesn’t change who we are, this young man made a terrible decision that will change his life FOREVER but he is NOT ARMED and DANGEROUS he’s scared of the consequences of his mistakes! Just a sad Story!!

    • Yes it was a terrible decision and he may or may not regret it but that ultimately doesn’t matter. Facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill definitely makes you armed and dangerous. If he’s so scared turning himself in versus running would be smart, but it’s clear we’re not dealing with a high IQ individual lol

    • A bad choice made can be recovered from, but this is a little more than that… robbing someone with a weapon and shooting them is a little more than a bad choice and definitely makes you considered armed and dangerous

  3. At least him and his father will be able to spend plenty of quality time together behind bars 🙂
