JOHNSTON COUNTY – A 36 year-old Raleigh man is facing criminal charges. Ricardo Benavides Rodriguez was arrested May 21 by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.
Rodriguez is accused of having inappropriate contact with a juvenile under age 18 at an address in Johnston County the same day he was arrested.
Rodriguez is facing a single felony count of taking indecent liberties with a child. He was given a $45,000 secured bond at the Johnston County Detention Center.
