A Retirement Reception was held for Ms. Janice Gaddis a Certified Nursing Assistant at Smithfield Manor Nursing and Rehab on September 20th. Gaddis was honored for 41 years of continuous service devoted to caregiving at the facility and in the community.
Janice is known for her caring spirit, always accompanied with a smile, her tireless efforts of providing excellent care and her gentle spirit of kindness to all whom she came in contact with including residents, their families and staff.
“This is an incredible feat that she has rendered 41 years of continuous, quality care at one facility,” stated Nathan Arnn, Administrator. “Her career and life have touched countless lives during this span of time. We have been so blessed to have had her as part of our healthcare team, and it has been an honor and privilege to serve alongside her. It’s not just the number of years she served but how she served.”
