Riverwood Middle Teacher Named A SUPERSTAR

The Clayton Chamber of Commerce has named Troy Galloway a teacher at Riverwood Middle School, the Super Star Teacher for the month.

Galloway is a Career and Technical Education teacher.

Super Star teachers show excellence in their classrooms, inspire their students, and demonstrate community involvement and leadership.

Galloway has a special way of connecting with students on a level that inspires them to work harder and achieve more.  He seeks out strengths and encourages students to capitalize on them.   He is a project based teacher and organizes and leads the morning news crew that shares school and community information daily to staff and students.
