School Board Authorizes $410,000 For Bleacher Repairs

JOHNSTON COUNTY – The Johnston County School Board will spend $410,000 to repair outdoor and indoor bleachers at a number of public schools across the district.

The general repairs include new fence railings, end caps, seating, aisle rails and other code compliance improvements.

Board member Kay Carroll made a motion to approve the repair list. It was seconded by Michelle Antoine and approved unanimously during the March 14 JCPS board meeting.
