Sheriff’s Office STAR Team Serves Drug Search Warrant, 4 Arrested

JOHNSTON COUNTY – Four people are facing serious charges after their arrests, on Wednesday. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office STAR (SWAT) Team executed a narcotics search warrant at 420 Massengill Pond Road, Angier.

After making entry into the home, authorities said they seized various weapons, approximately 50 grams of suspected fentanyl, 75 grams of methamphetamine, and 9 grams of cocaine.

Authorities also recovered possible stolen property found at the address.

Kaven Lee Stephenson, age 35, of 420 Massengill Pond Road, Angier was charged with six counts of trafficking in opium or heroin, one counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, and possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance.

Michael Graham Suggs, age 35, of 420 Massengill Pond Road, Angier was charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, felony conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Danielle Erin Oiler, age 32, of N. Magnolia Street, Dunn was charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, felony conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia

Jessica Ann Owda, age 36, of Hickory Tree Lane, Angier was charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, felony conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

  1. Good job JCSO. You got guns off the streets and drugs that will kill. You know that they did not have the gun to hunt racoon and the drugs were not made for family entertainment. Again, good job SCSO for making our streets a little safer.
