Police Link Smithfield Man To Six Car Break-Ins

SMITHFIELD – Police detectives have linked a Smithfield man to six car break-ins. Terrance Devon Pulley was arrested at his Kay Drive residence, around 2:19am Thursday, September 28th, on 13 criminal warrants.

Smithfield Police allege the 22 year-old suspect broke into six vehicles, on E. Langdon Avenue, on September 18. Pulley was reportedly identified by officers after a home security camera captured him committing one of the break-ins.

Pulley was charged with six counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, six counts of larceny, and one count of conspiracy.

He was confined in the Johnston County Detention Center under a $55,000 secured bond.
