Student Accused Of Starting Fire Inside High School

A 16 year-old high school student was arrested Monday for allegedly setting toilet paper and paper towels on fire inside his school last month.

The incident was discovered on Nov. 13th at Clayton High School.  It was reported to authorities on Nov. 20th.  Officials allege Darrin Isaac Lusk set paper products on fire in multiple restrooms inside the school. Additionally, a school locker was damaged after forced entry was made.

Lusk was charged by Johnston County deputies with injury to real property.  He was released on a $1,000 bond.
