Suspects Wanted In Rash Of Convenience Store Break-Ins

The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office has arrested one of three suspects they say is responsible for a rash of convenience store break-ins this month.

Authorities are currently looking for Dayon Shaikel Surrett, 22, of Ray Drive, Smithfield and Antonio Erwin Lynn, 23, of Stoney Creek Circle, Smithfield. Warrants have been obtained for their arrests but as of last report they had not been located.

Wednesday night, 20 year-old Sandra Franco Trejo of the 2000 block of Hockaday Road, Four Oaks was arrested for her alleged involvement in the crime spree.  Trejo was arrested on 18 charges including breaking and entering, attempted breaking and entering, larceny and felony conspiracy. She was given a $75,000 secured bond.

Since November 11th, ten convenience stores in Johnston County have been burglarized including stores in Smithfield, Four Oaks, Benson, Pine Level and Princeton.
