SELMA – A fire that destroyed a Dodge Charger passenger car is being treated as arson.
Around 10:10pm Tuesday, September 10, the charred vehicle was found down a path in the 2300 block of Little Divine Road, north of Selma. Officials said the front of the car had been cut away and both axles were missing.
The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is working with NC DMV License & Theft to try and determine the owner. The vehicle identification number (VIN) had been removed from the car.
