A suspicious fire late-Sunday destroyed a singlewide mobile home. The blaze was reported on Crocker Lane off Webb Mill Road near Four Oaks.
The Four Oaks, Blackmon’s Crossroads and Meadow Fire Departments responded. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office was also dispatched to the scene.
Authorities said the mobile home had been abandoned for approximately 20 years and there was no electricity connected to the home.
