A 17-year-old has been charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure by Clayton Police after a victim allegedly saw him masturbating outside a window of the Riverwood Athletic Club gymnasium.
According to Clayton Police, the adult woman reported that she was working out on March 12th and noticed a figure outside the window and could see a bright orange coat and what appeared to be someone touching their groin area. The subject moved closer to the glass and the victim could clearly see the genitalia.
The victim ran to report the incident at the front desk at the gym. Through their investigation, police were able to identify the suspect and obtained a warrant for Carlos Antonio Soto of Bobby Ray Court in Clayton.
Soto turned himself in to the magistrate’s office in Smithfield and was released into the custody of his parents. Soto has court date of April 8th.
