Three teenagers were arrested Sunday morning for breaking into a church.
Around 12:30am, a concerned citizen called Goldsboro Police after being glass breaking and then seeing three people enter the Greenleaf Christian Church on N. Williams Street.
Police set up a perimeter around the church and located 16 year-old Kysheem Langston as he attempted to flee out a side door. Two 14 year-old male juveniles were found inside the church. All three were taken into custody without incident.
No property was taken from the church.
Langston was charged with breaking and entering a place of worship and possession of marijuana. Both juveniles were charged with breaking and entering a place of worship. One juvenile was also charged with possessing marijuana. Langston was booked into the Wayne County Jail under a $5,000 bond. The two juveniles were released into the custody of their parents.
