Two teenagers were injured, one seriously, in a single vehicle accident near Kenly.
The crash was reported around 3:00am Sunday on Princeton-Kenly Road.
A 16 year-old driver and a teenage passenger were hurt when their truck ran off the rural roadway and crashed into a wooded area. The passenger was pinned in the wreckage and had to be freed by emergency responders. The passenger was rushed to Wake Medical Center.
