LILLINGTON – Two people died from injuries sustained in a three car collision in Harnett County. The collision was reported at 11:21am Wednesday on US Highway 421 near Willie Cameron Road.
Three vehicles sustained heavy damage in the crash. Two people in one of the vehicles, a red 2015 Ford Focus died. They were identified as the driver, Christopher Jacob Shaw, age 32, of Sanford and a passenger, Logan Elijah Wood, age 26, of Fuquay Varina.
At least three people in the other two vehicles were injured.
The State Highway Patrol in Harnett County is investigating the collision.
