FUQUAY VARINA – Two people died in a house fire Tuesday morning in northern Harnett County.
At 9:57am, the Harnett County 911 Center received a call reporting the fire at 205 Atkins Place Circle, Fuquay Varina, which is in the Angier-Black River Fire District. The caller said there were two people still inside the burning residence.
Harnett County deputies arrived before fire personnel and forced entry into the home trying to locate the two individuals. Due to the intense smoke and flames they were forced out of the home.
After the fire was extinguished, authorities located the two victims. Their names have not been released.
The Harnett County Sheriff’s Office and Harnett County Fire Marshal’s Office are jointly investigating the cause.
So they don’t release the name but the address which you can easily find the names of the residents from. May they rest easy and their family notified before seeing this
