A Johnston County resident reported $17,900 in cash and property was stolen from his home while he was out of town.
The theft happened sometime between Aug. 18th and Aug. 27th at a home on Traders Mill Run outside of Kenly.
The victim said when he returned home from a trip he discovered numerous items missing from his residence and a shed. The items included four TV’s, a John Deere riding lawnmower, pressure washer, antique clock, a shop vaccum, tools and a jug of coins.
