8 People Arrested During Search Warrant

FOUR OAKS – Eight people were arrested during a search warrant at a Four Oaks area home. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division, with the assistance of the Johnston County S.T.A.R. Team (tactical team), executed the search warrant at 2173 Hannah Creek Road, on Friday, April 26.

During a search of the property, detectives reportedly located suspected methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana, clonazepam, firearms, and drug paraphernalia. Officers also located evidence of a fraud check scam, including blank check paper, completed checks related to stolen identity, and a printer. 

A total of eight people were arrested, including one person wanted by NC Probation and Parole.  While detaining the suspects an infant child and another juvenile were located. They had been staying on the property. 

The eight people arrested include:

– Dannie Dwayne Isaacs, age 57, Hannah Creek Road, Four Oaks charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. $40,000 secured bond

– Jonathan Brett Carter, age 39, of Buffalo Road, Smithfield charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance. $75,000 secured bond

– Ashley Leigh Stuart, age 31, address listed as Homeless, Benson charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. $40,000 secured bond

– Connie Ann C Valencia, age 50, Kenner Road, Clinton charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $40,000 secured

– Andrew Nathan Cobb, age 38, Hannah Creek Road, Four Oaks charged with forgery of instrument and felony conspiracy. $15,000 secured bond

– Blain Nichole Stevens, age 39, Young Road, Angier charged with forgery of instrument and felony conspiracy. $10,000 secured bond

– Jermaine Lamont Johnson, age 28, Hannah Creek Road, Four Oaks charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, felony conspiracy, three counts of forgery of instrument.  $55,000 secured bond

– Steven Mark Stanley, age 44, Coats, felony probation violation   

The Johnston County Department of Social Services responded and assisted with the placement of the two juveniles.

Johnston County Building Inspections responded to the scene due to prior complaints. Inspectors determined the dwelling “unsafe” and posted the property. 

Sheriff Steve Bizzell said he appreciated the Johnston County Department of Social Services, Johnston County Building Inspections Department, and Johnston County EMS for assisting deputies with the operation.

  1. So glad they are cleaning up the druggies in Four Oaks. If only the judges would keep them in Jail. They just slap them on the hand and let them go. I can only imagine how frustrating it is to be a LEO.

  2. I think a addict needs rehab not just jail im in recovery and did it to avoid prison from violating probaction .ive got almost 2yrs clean because i made the choise to go to rehab befor i got violated .

Some people think they no what there talking about yeah let’s just keep them in jail..Let me tell you people a little something just because your a drug addict don’t mean put them in jail cause that just makes it worse..Why not a rehab or something to help get off the sh*t cause jail is not helping ol Jimmy Johnson..OL JIMMY JOHNSON probably just needs help with his habit it’s called rehab..And if ol Jimmy Johnson doesn’t want help then thats his problem but don’t just throw them in jail cause there drug addicts yeah I can see the firearm charges and check fraud yes that’s definitely jail time or probation BUT DRUG ADDICTS NEED REHAB RECOVERY THEY NEED HELP!!!!!SONE ARE JUST CRYING OUT FOR HELP AND THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO HELP THEM…I say rehab anyone with me

  6. They have a choice to do it is are not do it know one put in there head the high They got the first time they want get it again and that is what they are looking for. People that is SS and SSI AND SSDI when they get time for doing it they need to cut it out for good because if they can do drugs they can work and the ones selling it can work also

  7. Yeah Meth is a terrible drug that turns a nice looking person into a toothless exorcist or zombie looking person with sores all over there face pretty fast. I do believe the thought behind all the zombie movies are really about sick meth addicts. It’s a said thing, when they get shot for breaking into a house to find some money or something…… nobody cares, their family, the police, the media, nobody.

  8. They had the choice of getting help before they were charged and placed in jail. As a retired law enforcement officer, my opinion is, they had a choice…
