  1. SMH. Ridiculous waste of taxpayer dollars and law enforcement officers over marijuana. Felonies for marijuana. This is pathetic

  2. The originally said break in it was no evidence of break in? So now you get a search warrant bc why…. How is it possible drug trafficking? SMH

  3. Ridiculous that we still live in a state that can’t see the Forest for the trees, legalize and this would not even be a thing, people would have a choice to goto a dispensery and buy safely no b/s involved. I call B/s on the so called break in attempt too.

  4. People really think that legalizing it will stop this type of thing? Let’s see…I can legally sell it, needing a license, a storefront, employees, business expenses, pay taxes, and work set hours. OR I can illegally sell it, however much I want, work whenever I want, charge what I want, not pay income tax on it, and not have to answer to anyone.
Of course it will still be illegally sold, even if the products is legalized. And with any crime comes the violence and guns. Any bets on whether those guns were legally owned or registered?
