A Smithfield man is facing charges of breaking into a Four Oaks home last week.
On August 3rd, a resident in the 400 block of Webb Mill Road reported they returned home and discovered their front door had been forced open. Inside, a TV, compound bow, fishing poles, and $300 in change had been stolen.
On Monday, 24 year-old Tony Jay Lindlow of the 2400 block of Creech’s Mill Road, Smithfield was arrested. Lindlow was charged by deputies with breaking and entering, larceny, and conspiracy. All three were felony charges. Bail was set at $50,000.
