BENSON – A 59 year-old Benson man is facing multiple sex charges. Donald Bailey of Raynor Road was arrested May 1 following an investigation by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.
The alleged offenses involved a juvenile. The crimes were reported to authorities on March 30.
Bailey is facing seven felony charges including three counts of disseminating obscenities, two counts of indecent liberties with a child, one count of first-degree statutory sex offense, and one count of sexual act by a substitute parent or custodian.
