  1. Time to start digging in and seeing who these candidates really are, who is funding them and what they truly stand for. No more RINOs!

    • She was pretty clear why. It’s no secret. We need somebody like her who puts the interests of students and teachers above their personal ambitions.

  2. Question for the Candidates, I keep hearing our landfill is almost full, but you let housing construction to continue, what is going to be done about this problem along with water, sewer, schools, Fire Protection and Law Enforcement? Is your answer, raise taxes????

    • Of course they are going to raise taxes, have to pay for new roads and have to pay those companies millions over decades for a job that shouldn’t take that long. The landfill problem would be better solved by a solution the Swedish have. They have trash incinerators that power homes and lots of other things. It would be a big cost but I think it would actually be worth it over some new road and shopping center.

      • Joe Schmoe, You have a great idea. I have seen incinerators up north and they seem to work well as well as keep electric prices down. No joke when I say have you considered running for county commissioner? This is not something I thought about. Some research showed me one is in use in Nassau County NY.

  3. Tell me why anyone would vote for any incumbent on the school board? Honestly I hope we get an all new school board, because for the last few years it seems like the kids are coming in last after all the scandals and their BS.

  4. Now is the TIME!!! VOTE OUT EVERY SCHOOL BOARD MEMEBER NOW!!!
ANY new person is more qualified than the past bunch!!

  5. Hopefully we’ll get some new faces, but JoCo voters have a long history of re-electing incumbents every year. It’s time to institute some sort if intelligence test for voters. #ReapWhatYouVote #VoteOutIncumbents

    • We need to educate the people around us about the candidates and incumbents. The problem isn’t intelligence it’s lack of care and lack of doing the appropriate research before voting.

  6. April Lee has my vote. That’s someone that cares about the kids. I may not agree with her on everything, but she will absolutely make sure our kids and the teachers are taken care of and that they come first.
