  1. How many times do you have to arrest the same person for being in possession of hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and drugs before you quit letting them back out on the street? I know I have seen this Howell guy on here 3 or 4 times since 2020, with multiple trafficking charges and LARGE amounts of money each time! Quit letting these idiots back out on the streets.

    • Howell should not be on the street at all! Simple search of his name shows all he has been arrested for. And 98% of them are all drug related. With hardly any of them being SMALL charges. So it makes no sense why he is back on the streets.

  2. Howell has been arrested for TRAFFICKING drugs MULTIPLE times!!! At one point he was caught with enough fentanyl to kill 400,000 people in Harnett co. Absolutely insane he keeps being released!
