Crash Sends Jet Ski Onto Highway

SELMA – It’s not everyday you see a jet ski in the middle of the highway. It happened Thursday on Highway 96 at Thanksgiving Fire Road, north of Selma.

A man driving a pickup truck towing a jet ski on a trailer reportedly pulled from a convenience store driveway into the path of an oncoming dump truck.

The dump truck driver avoided the pickup but collided with the trailer, sending the jet ski onto the highway.

Four people involved in the crash escaped injury.

The State Highway Patrol investigating the accident.
