The Deacon Jones Automotive Group announced Tuesday they are adding a new franchise to their presence in Wayne County Goldsboro area: Stevenson Honda of Goldsboro. The new name will be Deacon Jones Honda of Goldsboro.

Deacon Jones has a very solid reputation with a number of successful dealerships on Goldsboro’s US 70 corridor including Deacon Jones Ford Lincoln, Deacon Jones Kia and Deacon Jones Nissan. The company, founded by Mr. Deacon Jones in 1978, recently announced one of the largest expansions in their history. The project will provide state-of-the-art, new homes for their Ford and Nissan operations. The expansion is necessary to meet higher customer expectations and sales volume.
