The NC Department of Transportation has added several streets in Johnston County to the list of state maintained roads.
The streets added in November include:
Brazil Nut Lane, Candlenut Lane and Breadnut Lane in the Maplewood Run Subdivision Phase 3 in the Smithfield Township.
Cotton Mill Drive in Joseph Pointe in Pleasant Grove Township.
Whitfield Drive and Crownview Court in Whitfield at Flowers Plantation (Phase 1) in Wilders Township.
Pebble Creek Drive in the Brighton Ridge Subdivision in Pleasant Grove Township.
The street additions were also approved by Johnston County Commissioners.
