Popular breakfast, brunch and lunch spot to open this Spring in Clayton Town Center
CLAYTON – Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, will open a new restaurant in Clayton this Spring. Located at 805 Town Center Blvd., in the Clayton Town Center near the Walmart Supercenter, the restaurant will be the first for franchise partner Donny Nobles. This will be the fourth Eggs Up Grill franchise to open in the Raleigh market.
A resident of Smithfield, Nobles’ career includes 12 years of service with the Army and the Department of Defense. He also worked in finance as a director of fiscal services for South Pasadena Unified, and as a consultant providing business advisory services assisting private and government entities.
Nobles first discovered Eggs Up Grill while dining as a guest at the Fuquay Varina restaurant. He says he appreciated the family-style environment and that it was “simple breakfast, done right.” He eventually became a franchisee and chose Clayton because of its need for more breakfast options.
“Clayton is a growing community that is full of good people who want to enjoy a hearty American breakfast in a family environment,” Nobles said. “My family and I look forward to bringing Eggs Up Grill to the Clayton community.”
With seating for 116, the 2,885 square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright and cheerful atmosphere. The Clayton restaurant will serve guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with dine-in, online ordering, takeout and delivery options available.
Eggs Up Grill caters events, big or small, with a menu featuring breakfast favorites like eggs, grits, home fries, biscuits and gravy and muffins. Salads and sandwiches are available for catered lunch.
With locations across the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, and soon entering Texas and Mississippi, Eggs Up Grill offers seasonal items and its full menu for dine-in or order online for takeout or delivery. Menu categories include omelets and benedicts prepared with fresh, hand-cracked eggs, pancakes, waffles and breakfast sandwiches and a selection of mimosas. Lunch choices include juicy burgers, tasty sandwiches, melts, salads and bowls. The menu also offers gluten-friendly options and a kids’ menu. The full menu is available open to close. All locations are individually owned and operated by a local member of the community.
The Eggs Up Grill brand is all about neighbors serving neighbors. The Nobles family plans to serve the Clayton community by supporting veteran affairs organizations, first responders, and area schools.
The Clayton restaurant will hire up to 35 team members and will begin interviewing candidates next month. Those interested can apply online at eggsupgrill.com. For more information, follow @EUGClayton on Facebook and Instagram.
