In today’s age of Uber, Lyft and cell phones there should be no one driving drunk on North Carolina roads. Anyone caught with a DUI should be charged with the felony and a minimum one year prison sentence. Too many innocent people are dying from people that simply can’t control themselves. The one year is mandatory and does not include what damage or death they have caused.
