Permits with a total value of $34,236,580 in residential and commercial construction was issued in Feb. 2018, down slightly from $34,870,951 in Feb. 2017.
The Johnston County Inspections Department collected $214,289 in fees last month, up from $201,871.10 a year earlier.
Inspectors passed 3,808 inspections in February and failed 870.
