Coats, NC: Mrs. Ann Delia Lamm Beasley, age 99, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022 at Oak Hill Assisted Living Center in Angier, NC. Funeral Services will be 2:00PM, Friday, September 30, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Coats, NC. Rev. Jimmy Newkirk will officiate. Burial will follow in Coats City Cemetery in Coats, NC.
Mrs. Beasley was born November 1, 1922, in Harnett County, NC to the late Onnie Griffin and Mattie Denton Lamm. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Godfrey Beasley, sister, Audrey L. Stewart, brothers, Hobert Lamm, Russell Lamm, J. D. Lamm, Dick Lamm, and Clyde Lamm.
Mrs. Beasley worked for the US Civil Service and retired from First Citizens Bank. Following retirement, she worked for Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats, NC for many years. Mrs. Beasley was a member of Coats Baptist Church in Coats, NC and also was a member of the Coats Woman’s Club. She served on the Board of Directors for the Coats Senior Center.
Survivors include her sister, Doris L. Guy; foster son, Juergen Schall; many loving nieces and nephews; special neighbor, Cathy Chosewood.
The family will receive friends from 1:00PM-1:45PM on Friday, September 30, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats, NC.
