Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Barbara Jean Gregory Parker, age 73 of Parkertown Road passed away on Monday, June 30, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be 2:00PM Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Four Oaks. Rev. Eddie White will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM to 1:45PM on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks prior to the service. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Benson.
Mrs. Parker was born on October 29, 1951 in Lee County to the late Rassie D. and Helen Rebecca Warren Gregory. She preceded in death by her brothers, Larry Thomas Gregory, Ronald David Gregory, and Kenneth Wayne Gregory. Mrs. Parker was a homemaker and never was a mother but had many children. She enjoyed listening to preaching on Sunday Morning with WPYB in Benson and was an avid fishing woman. Mrs. Parker deeply loved all her family.
Surviving includes her husband of 53 years, John Bill Parker; sons, Matthew Thomas Capps, and Andrew Sherrill Capps; sister, Peggy Gregory Tyndall; a brother, Rassie D. Gregory, Jr.; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
