Clara Mae Williams was born on October 24th, 1948, to the late Ophelia and L.C. Williams. She gained her wings and departed this life on October 27th, 2023.
Clara was a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved to cook and help rear other people’s children. Clara was a woman of great faith, who loved God, her church, and her church family. She served faithfully at Purpose and Power Outreach Ministries for 13 years. She served as the church mother, the first ordained deaconess, and a necessary pillar of the church. She served under the leadership of her son and daughter-in-love, Apostle Manuel and Apostle Sandra Williams. She was a true praiser and fighter until the end.
She was preceded in death by her son Charles Williams.
She leaves to cherish her memories and carry on her legacy of faith, family, and love; Her son; Apostle Manuel Williams Sr. (Apostle Sandra Williams) of Smithfield North Carolina, two sisters; Ora Russell (Sandy) of Frutel, Kentucky, and Dora Williams of Cleveland, Mississippi. Seven grandchildren, Twenty-Five great-grands, and one great-great-grand. Three Nieces and four Nephews. One God son-Minister Nathan Turner.
