Princeton – Frankie Mae Massey Talton, age 87, passed away Friday December 31, 2021 at her home in Princeton. She was born in Johnston County on October 23, 1934 to the late James Frank and Lilly Aycock Massey. In addition to her mother and father, she is also preceded in death by husband, Nathan Talton; brother, Frank Massey; sisters, Opal Massey and Jean Williams.
A graveside service will be conducted in Bizzell’s Grove Church Cemetery on Tuesday January 4, 2022 at 11 AM.
She is survived by son, Ricky Talton and wife Kailani of Clayton; daughter, Renee Davis and husband Richard of Whitakers; brother, Doug Massey and wife Marietta of Princeton; grandchildren, Ashley Talton, Lauren Brantley, Jessica Powell, Kyle Balageo, and Atheia Kim Balageo; great grandchild, Mckenly Powell; great grandchild on the way, Jase Brantley.
Ms. Talton was a member of Bizzell’s Grove Church and a member of the Ladies Auxillary Group. Ms. Talton lived a simple life. She loved the Lord, her family and gardening.
