Survivors include his children, Jessica Thomas, Hallie Thomas, and Laurence Elton Thomas, III., grandchildren, Jayla Snead, Londyn Snead, and Paris Snead, sisters, Susan Barnett and Missy Andrews, several nieces, and nephews.
