Mary Lee Womack, age 73, of Princeton, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 3, 2024. She was loved and cared for by many. Throughout her life, she was close to her three beloved brothers and shared a special bond with her loving niece, Lisa Pridgen. Some of her fondest memories are at Cummins Beach, CT, where she and her beloved dog Brandy’s ashes will be spread.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Gertrude Pridgen, her husband, Joe Womack, son, Jamie Phillips, and brother, Jesse Hartwell Pridgen.
She is survived by her son, Wayne Phillips (wife Daisy), her brothers; Johnny Pridgen (wife Sally) and David Pridgen (wife Wilma), as well as her grandchildren, Brandon, and Riley Phillips.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. May Mary Lee rest in eternal peace, free from pain, and may she be remembered for the love and light she brought into the lives of others.
