Willow Spring, NC: Mr. Steven “Steve” Charles Witz, age 63, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held 4:00PM-Sunday, April 21, 2024 at Refuge Church 1100 Newton Road, Raleigh, NC 27615. Pastor Phil Kiecker will officiate.
Steve was born on May 5, 1960 in Wisconsin to the late Billy C. and Mary Mueller Witz. He was a retired engineer with Verizon. He enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers Football and Carolina Hurricanes Hockey, and was an avid dart player. Steve loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He attended Refuge Church in Raleigh, NC.
Surviving include his wife, Terry Lynn Witz; daughter, Nicole Ploszaj and husband, Richie; son, Anthony Witz and wife, Devin; grandchildren, Ollie and Ellie; and a soon to be Lilly; sister, Shelly Witz.
The family will receive friends following the memorial service at the church.
