Coats, NC: Miss. Betty Jean Norris, 62, of Oak Dale Street, passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn. Funeral Services will be 3:00-PM-Friday, May 14, 2021 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Coats. Rev. Steve Southers will officiate. Interment will follow in Harnett Devotional Garden in Dunn.
Miss. Norris was born on February 2, 1959 in Harnett County to the late Sydney Norris, Jr. and Delayna Hughes Norris.
Surviving include her sisters and brothers, Donna Gail Carroll, David Lynn Norris and wife, Kim, Carolyn Sue Stevens and husband, Tony, Peggy Louise Vann, Catherine Ann Parrish, and Sydney James Norris; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:30PM-2:30PM, Friday, May 14, 2021 prior to the service at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Coats and other times at the home of David Norris, 7629 Fox Knoll Drive, Fuquay Varina, NC 27526.
In accordance with NC-COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W’s: wait, wash, and wear a face covering.

Sadly I am one of her nieces… My dad is one of her nephews… I barely got to see her but when I did she was always happy! He mom died last year.. Aka my great grandma.. I miss hem both. R.I.P Aunt Betty Jean!
