Selma – George Davis Griswold, age 67, died Sunday afternoon, May 5, 2019 at his home. Born December 19, 1951 in Selma, NC to the late Millard Robert and Carrie Mae Lasarsky Griswold, he was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Adams Griswold on January 12, 2018.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 10, 2019 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home with the Rev. Andy Stovall officiating. Burial will follow in Knollwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. just prior to the service.
Surviving are his daughter, Amy Sue Griswold Rose and husband Andrew of Princeton and their children, Connor Franklin Rose and Emma Elizabeth Rose.
