Joseph Earl Pittman
Joseph Earl Pittman, 60, of Wilson passed away August 1, 2019 in Arizona. Born in Wilson County on June 2, 1959, he was the son of Bernice and Margie Pittman. He was a lifelong truck driver, most recently working for Benton Truck Brokers.
A service celebrating his life will be held Friday, August 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Kenly Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Kenly Funeral Service.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Peggy B. Pittman; daughters, Jessica Pittman Godwin and husband, Brian and Lynn S. Webb and husband, Jeff; brothers, Wayne Pittman and Nelson Pittman; sister-in-law, Bonnie Abushar; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
