Princeton – Linwood Earl Rowe age 82, passed away Sunday April 19, 2020. He was born in Johnston County October 25, 1937 to the late James Boyd and Ettie Creech Rowe. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a brother, James Ray Rowe; Sisters, Laura Jones, Hilda Raper.
A private family only grave side service will be conducted at Fellowship United Methodist Church cemetery in Kenly Wednesday April 22, 2020. Mr. Rowe is survived by wife of 61 years, Sylvia Lynch Rowe of the home; Sons, Steven Rowe and wife Donna of Wendell, Timothy Rowe and wife Laurie of Zebulon; Brother, Dwight Rowe; Sisters, Gertrude Narron, Ann Abel, Faye Patterson; granddaughter, Abbie Rowe; Many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Rowe was a member of Fellowship United Methodist Church in Princeton and enjoyed wood working and working with the Meals on Wheels program out of Kenly.
