WT Freeman, age 73, died Wednesday evening at his home in Smithfield. Born October 30, 1946 in Johnston County to the late Sherrill Tart and Ruby Pearl Dowdy Freeman, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Danny Wayne Freeman and Sherrill Tart Freeman, Jr. and his sister, Rebecca Rose Daughtry.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 31, 2020 in the Oakland Cemetery in Smithfield with the Rev. Earl Davis officiating. Mr. Freeman will be available for viewing and for those that would like to pay respects from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday at the Parrish Funeral Home in Selma.
Surviving are his brother Charles Ray Freeman and his wife Barbara of Smithfield and several nieces and nephews.
