Smithfield Police are looking for two men armed with a shotgun wanted for a home invasion and robbery. It occurred around 2:00am Saturday on Towbridge Street.
Police said a 59 year-old resident was asleep in his home when they were awakened by the sounds of someone kicking in the front door. Once inside, two armed men wearing masks, took an undisclosed amount of money from the victim before fleeing.
The victim was not injured.
